i am bill's cousin from virginia. i know how they are feeling. i also lost a son in a car accident 5 years ago. my brothers soon was also killed in the same accident.
chelsi was such a beautiful young lady. the pain gets better, but you never forget.

Chelsi was a beautiful person both physically and personality wise. She was such a joy to be around. She could always make you laugh. I used to carpool between dance studios with her and Missy. Once, while her family was building their home, she was telling us that it was all going to be made of wood. Everything we'd ask her about, she'd say wood. The walls were wood, the tubs were wood, the toilets were wood, etc. It was so funny and it's a fun memory of her that my mom and I both share. We will miss her deeply.
chelsi was such a beautiful person touching so many people then as well as now for some of us that wasnt able to make it to the funeral that day will someone please post a few words of how it went and all that happened at what im sure was a beautiful and special service for a most precious soul that will be missed by all of us. thank you so very much.
